The purpose of mentoring is to develop a relationship with the client by helping them define their goals and aspirations and then to provide encouragement and accountability to the client. Through these weekly meetings the participant should experience the love of God thorough the interaction of their mentor.
Due to the sensitive nature of the program, mentors will have to go under a screening process before being selected to become a mentor. Male mentors will be matched with male clients and female mentors will be matched with female clients. The commitment is one hour a week.
